Azure Developer

This training prepares you for the AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate certification, which validates your ability to design, build, test, and maintain cloud applications and services at a professional level. The program follows the official Microsoft curriculum and covers core technical domains measured on the exam: developing Azure compute solutions, developing for Azure storage, implementing Azure security, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Azure solutions, and connecting to and consuming Azure services and third-party services.

You will learn how to implement Azure compute solutions including virtual machines, containers, and Azure App Service; create Azure Functions for serverless architectures; develop solutions utilizing Azure Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, and other storage services; and implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identities, and Azure Key Vault. The training also covers integrating event-driven and message-based solutions, securing applications, and monitoring performance using Application Insights and other Azure-native tools.

By completing this program, you will develop the subject matter expertise required to participate in all phases of cloud development, from requirements gathering and design through development, deployment, security, maintenance, performance tuning, and monitoring. The certification demonstrates to employers that you can handle the end-to-end responsibilities of an Azure developer, from provisioning compute resources and implementing scalable storage solutions to building secure, resilient applications and optimizing cloud-native architectures using Azure CLI, Azure PowerShell, and Azure-supported programming languages.
